Action Performed:

Precondition:

  • Log in with Expensifail account.
  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. Go to workspace chat.
  3. Submit an expense with category.
  4. Go to Reports.
  5. Go to Expense Reports.
  6. Click on the expense.

Expected Result:

Expense category field will be positioned under the Category column.

Actual Result:

Expense category field is not positioned under Category column.

@MitchExpensify FYI I haven't added the External label as I wasn't 100% sure about this issue. Please take a look and add the label if you agree it's a bug and can be handled by external contributors.

I think this was introduced by this PR: #58360
cc @mountiny @luacmartins I can see the error in the PRs video. I think if everyone missed it while testing, then maybe it's not worth this being a DB, but not sure so appreciate your input.

Yea, this is known #58360 (review). This feature is behind a beta. So we can actually close this since it's being tracked here
