Workflows - RHP opens not here page when returning from Approver page

Precondition:

  • Workspace has at least two members.
  1. Go to https://49539.pr-testing.expensify.com/
  2. Go to workspace settings > Workflows.
  3. Enable Add approvals if not yet.
  4. Click on the workflow.
  5. Click Approver.
  6. Select another member and click Save.
  7. Click Approver again.
  8. Click RHP back button.

Expected Result:

RHP will return to main workflow page.

Actual Result:

RHP opens not here page.

Expected Result:

RHP will return to Export page after selecting a new option.

Actual Result:

Android - Xero - After going back to profile via app back button, device back button opens 2FA

  • Account does not have 2FA enabled.
  1. Go to https://49539.pr-testing.expensify.com/
  2. Go to workspace settings > Accounting,
  3. Tap Connect Xero.
  4. Tap Enable two-factor authentication.
  5. Set up 2FA.
  6. Tap Got it on success page.
  7. Close the browser to return to the app (no need set up Xero).
  8. Tap app back button three times to go back to Account settings.
  9. Tap device back button.

Expected Result:

"Since app is now in Account settings, device back button should bring it to Inbox.

Actual Result:

App opens 2FA page.

    3. Fill in all the private details.
    4. Go to Wallet.
    5. Click on the first physical card.
    6. Click Get physical card.
    7. Click Legal name.
    8. Click RHP back button twice to close it.
    9. Click on the second physical card.
    10. Click Get physical card.
    11. Click Legal name.
    12. Click RHP back button twice to close it.

    Expected Result:

    RHP will close.

    Actual Result:

    RHP does not close. It returns to confirmation page.
    When clicking back button, it returns to card details page.
    When clicking back button one more time, it returns to the same card details page.
    It only closes after clicking back button for another time.

    @lanitochka17 Hey, I'd like to ask about this issue. I'm trying to reproduce it, but I don't see the Just track it option on this page. Are there any additional steps or preconditions to make this button visible on this page?

    I encountered a problem reproducing this issue. I assume that it's necessary to have the Per diem option enabled within the policy. I think that I don't have access to any policy with this option. Could you please invite me to the policy that meets this requirement? Here's my email: [email protected]

    @lanitochka17 so do I understand correctly that this: #55511 (comment) (issue with multi level tags added via OD) is no longer relevant, because build containing PR #55016 no longer has this bug? or this flow available?

    Android - Workspace - No animation when opening workspace chat from workspace settings

                          1. Navigate to https://49539.pr-testing.expensify.com/ and log in with the gmail account
                          2. Open Reports tab/ Expenses
                          3. Tap the advanced filters icon at the top right corner of a page, apply any filter and save a search
                          4. Tap the arrow next to the saved search title, then three dots next to a search
                          5. Tap Delete, confirm the deletion

                          Expected Result:

                          The reports menu with the saved search is closed, saved search is deleted from the menu

                          Actual Result:

                          The reports menu with the saved search displayed stays on the screen. User needs to tap outside the menu to dismiss it.

                            2. Create a workspace and submit some expenses in the workspace chat
                            3. Click on the search icon on the top right
                            4. Tap the suggestion to search in the current workspace
                            5. Tap the autocomplete suggestion for the workspace ('type:expense workspace:...")

                            User is navigated to the Reports page, the expenses sent to the workspace chat are displayed in the results

                              Hybrid - Expense Details - App crashes after tapping on 'Got it' in Export feature

                              Action Performed:

                              1. Open the app
                              2. Log in with a gmail account
                              3. Tap on 'Settings' > 'Workspaces' > ' + New workspace' > 'Confirm' > 'More features' > 'Accounting'
                              4. Go to accounting. Next to: QuickBooks Online, tap 'Connect' button.
                              5. Complete the flow. In the last screen 'Please select your company', select: "Expensify, Inc. Test".
                              6. Tap 'Next'
                              7. Go to the WS chat.
                              8. Submit a manual expense to the WS.
                              9. Tap on the expense (open the expense report).
                              10. Tap in the expense report header (open expense report details)
                              11. Tap on 'Export' button.
                              12. Tap on 'Got it' button.
                              13. Repeat steps 9, 10, 11, 12.

                              Expected Result:

                              After tapping on 'Got it' the user should be redirected back to expense details report.

                              Actual Result:

                              After tapping on 'Got it' the app crashes.

                                5. Upgrade Prompt appears and upgrade it

                                After upgrading to unlock the feature, the RHP for connection setup should appear consecutively.
