Issue found when executing PR #20821

Action Performed:

Precondition:
As User A,

  1. Create a workspace.
  2. Invite User B.
  3. Add Chase bank account to the workspace.

  1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
  2. As User B, go to the workspace chat and request money.
  3. As User A, click Pay on IOU preview.
  4. As User A, click Pay with Expensify on IOU details page.
  5. As User B, go to IOU details page and click Add Bank Account.
  6. As User B, proceed with bank account page.

Expected Result:

After saving bank account information, the payment is successful and user should see the message 'paid using Expensify'.

Actual Result:

After saving bank account information, the message 'paid using Expensify' is not shown.
