Seems like this is related to react-navigation/react-navigation#11309 lets try to fix this upstream

Action Performed:

1. Open http://staging.new.expensify.com
2. Tap on Profile icon / Search icon
3. Swipe Settings menu / LHN to the right

Expected Result:

Side menu closes smoothly after swiping it to the right

Actual Result:

Side menu blinks before being closed if swipe it to the right

Hm I can't reproduce this one on my iPhone.

I am rapidly taping the 🔍 and then < to try and trigger the laggy behavior.

OH WAIT, you said to "swipe to the right" on the top nav to go back to LHN.

That I can easily reproduce and it's buggy. I see! Adding external label let's fix it.
