The question about how to setup SceneView background

SceneView background always can't setup ,can you tell me how to setup background for image

I try to setup background in layout but is unuseless when map loaded,for example:

<com.esri.arcgisruntime.mapping.view.SceneView
android:id="@+id/scene"
android:layout_width="match_parent"
android:layout_height="match_parent"
android:background="@drawable/background_borders"/>

I am also setup like this in java file but the background is always black :

binding.scene.setSpaceEffect(SpaceEffect.TRANSPARENT);
binding.scene.getScene().getBaseSurface().setOpacity(0);
binding.scene.setAtmosphereEffect(AtmosphereEffect.NONE);
