* Upgrade MAUI projects to .NET 9 and update dependencies - Updated target framework from `net8.0` to `net9.0` for MAUI projects. - Updated `Esri.ArcGISRuntime` dependencies to `200.7.0` in MAUI projects. * Bumped up min version for iOS and MacCatalyst
