Updated outdated documentation references across multiple files to use new paths in Duende's documentation portal. Enhanced README files for clarity and detail, including additional features and instructions for various Duende product components.
Renamed BFF.Blazor and BFF.Blazor.Client to Duende.BFF.Blazor and Duende.BFF.Blazor.Client, respectively, in the READMEs. Added detailed descriptions, features, installation steps, usage examples, licensing information, and links to documentation and support resources.

This pull request updates outdated documentation links to use the current paths in Duende's documentation portal. Additionally, it improves the README files by adding detailed features and instructions related to various Duende product components.
