Set idle timeout when script has mutation #902
Description
The compiler should detect if we are importing a mutation from the API and set a flag in the deployment json.
The deployment profile can then check for that flag and set a default "table.exec.source.idle-timeout" of "1000 ms" unless a different value is set in the package.json.
