SNS subject at the time of alert #28

Isn't there a way to pass the subject as part of the alert api call. Not sure having a static subject at the time of initializing the container makes sense. We have a common SNS alert topic that everyone uses and they are required to pass different subject as part of the alert message.

It appears at the moment this sns-forwarder is limited to only one subject. Any work around in this case?
