Fix(event-card): Tag misalignment in event card

Description

This PR fixes the misalignment issue of tags in the event card component. The tags were not properly aligned, affecting the UI. The styling has been adjusted to ensure proper placement and consistency across different screen sizes.

• Fixed misalignment of tags in the event card component by wrapping them in a div to maintain proper spacing and alignment.
• Ensured the tags section maintains proper wrapping, preventing overflow issues.
• Improved readability of the event location and date section by restructuring the JSX.
• Fixed duplicate class names and removed redundant properties.
