Implements length-based pricing for three new video generation nodes with pricing that varies by duration (5s/10s). Nodes update price badges dynamically when length parameter changes.

Implements length-based pricing logic for three new API nodes. Price badges dynamically update when users change the duration parameter (5s/10s), displaying exact costs per run based on the selected length.
The implementation follows existing patterns with proper widget reactivity and safe pricing execution.
