About and Feedback info

Would be great to have a short about page to pimp ourselves and the project and what it's about.

• could have links to github readme for tech info
• could have link to our email or issues for feedback
• could a paragraph on the math/process of matching. could just be link to a .md in repo
• I get common questions like: how did you get info for the candidates?, and funny that many don't just assume "they filled it out too". Background on that would be good.

We had this in the original implementation, but we scrapped it. Not hard to recreate, right?
