Purpose of change
Now that dose size is fixed #80971 the number of grams found in ziploc bags should be kept about the same as before.
Describe the solution
Scale up the number of doses found randomly.
Also set prices to $30/g for coke and $40/g for crack pre-apoc, and sync post-apoc prices to be proportionate with the crafting recipes (3:1 coke-to-crack conversion) and the established price of
