Override domain for RTMP endpoint URL

Describe the problem to be solved

Due to how our on prem WAF / Load Balancer works we need to segregate http from other protocols such as rtmp.

As such our peertube instance is at https://peertube.example.ie:443 but the rtmp endpoint is rtmp://live.peertube.example.ie:1935/live.

This works perfectly. The only issue is that the "Live RTMP Url" under "Live settings" shows the incorrect domain.

Describe the solution you would like

It would be great if we could set a custom domain in the main "Live streaming" settings

Given RMTP isn't supported by Cloudflare and other similar tools in their more affordable plans, this could be a huge benefit to users who want to host RMTP and larger uploads on a subdomain without as much protection, and reserving tight protection for the main domain. Would be a great idea to pursue this!
