Resolves #26

This PR implements dynamic baking of static physics colliders based on the visual mesh of the currently loaded tiles.

This PR is developed extending upon #45 and #50 and has been tested with them, should however also work independently of them.

Edit: It should be noted, that the collider baking implemented here is executed in the main thread. This may introduce visible lag when loading very large tiles

- Worked around QT macro namespace limitations
Enforce position independent code generation for Cesium Native using -fPIC compiler flag
Added Apache-2.0 copyright headers to all modified source files to
comply with the license requirements and Huawei's Open Source policy.
