DM-8308 Update LSST search panel to work for both catalog and image searches

The development includes:

• re-style UI for selecting LSST image tables and catalog tables.
• create spatial search component for LSST image table search.
• fix DD table constraint column data entry bugs.
• store the search panel status for the selection of every table.
• fix table fetch query to be sent by 'POST' method.

I checked out and looked at the UI. It looked good to me. I also checked the request parameters.
They all look good.
