firefly_client repackaged to be pip-installable

  • copied Firefly License.txt
  • added a simple README
  • added setup.py and setup.cfg
  • moved package files to firefly_client directory

Now it should be possible to do pip install firefly_client and then within Python, from firefly_client import FireflyClient. Version is set to 1.0.0b1 (beta1).
