Form performance

Describe the bug

At present state form re-renders seem to cause performance issues and notable slowness when using submission forms.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Fill all Experiment (or other large form) form fields
2. See form inputs and key registration get slower when you advance in form

Expected behavior

Forms should work fast and without any stuttering
