As a developer, I want to change layout of all forms according to the new design

Proposed solution

As a first step in transforming the forms, all the form layouts need to be structured according to the new design including deep level nested fields.

DoD (Definition of Done)

All form are structured following the new design with the nested fields render correctly, especially with complicated forms such as Experiment, Run, and Analysis.

Testing

Current unit tests and e2e tests should cover the issue.
Peer review.

My original idea is to split this issue #541 to smaller tasks: #771 and #772 for easier testings and PR reviews since the tests are strongly related to #763. But as Sauli will only start again from May, I am implementing all and not splitting the tasks anymore, I will delete this #771 and #772 issues.
