Section Sizes are not assigned per SectionProperty

Description:

Bars pushed to RAM get created with no size assigned, even if a size was assigned to them before pushing.

Steps to reproduce:

Push bars with a standard Steel Section size, and confirm in RAM they have no size assigned.

Expected behaviour:

Elements pushed with proper size

Any RAM Push with Bars.
