Add support for projected loads

Description:

This is limited because we are unable to query the dirType from the IFLoading object:

IFLoading.getValue("dirType") returns an empty string.

The ability to push projected loads is currently in place.

This has been raised with Lusas who note this is a bug and will be addressed in a future version of Lusas.

Issue will remain open for when fix is available, but removed the planning board.
