Add support for Groups creation and assignment to elements

Description:

Currently it is not possible to create Groups in ETABS via the BHoM.
It would be great to add this feature together with the possibility of assigning groups to objects in a simple and easy way like it is currently done in the Robot Toolkit if possible.
