Description
Currently settings will load in automatically using the Settings Engine.
However, if a user is given a settings file to use (e.g. from within a discipline to aid them getting started), putting that within %ProgramData% may be daunting, as captured in the review for #482 by @pawelbaran .
As such, add a button which will allow a settings JSON file to be loaded in and utilised for a user.
