Description
Added an environment variable to opt out of interactive credentials in KeyVaultCertificateLoader.
IDWEB_DISABLE_INTERACTIVE_AKV_CREDENTIALSmust be setto "1" or "true" to opt into this behavior.
Fixes #2647
