[azblob][sas] SignWithSharedKey prevents using a stored access policy #21229

Bug Report

  • azblob/sas
  • latest / v1.1.0

With v1.1.0 new checks inside the method SignWithSharedKey were introduced with #20379.

Along the official documentation the attributes signedExpiry and signedPermissions must be omitted if a stored access policy is supposed to be referenced. The newly introduced checks prevent this. Anything that I missed?
