Prebuild binaries

It'd be useful if prebuild binaries were provided, otherwise each user has to set-up some kind of building pipeline themselves.

At the end of the day I just threw the whole thing out of the window and made another filesystem watcher, which you might find even more useful: https://github.com/fabiospampinato/watcher
