Post likes: Renders a stray "0" when there are no likes

Context and steps to reproduce

In the admin, go to the stats for a post that has no likes (e.g. https://wordpress.com/stats/post/{post-id}/{site-url}).

It renders a stray "0" right before the "There are no likes on this post yet" message.
