Reader: Posts from Atomic sites erroneously persist after deletion

In the following feed, all of the posts starting from Post 150 until Fiction: When I Fall Asleep have been deleted, yet they are still in the Reader.

The site is Atomic, and the issue appears to be replicable on other Atomic sites (context: p1742920544319359-slack-C083J8DHLLD).

We should investigate why these posts are not getting deleted in the Reader, and verify if this is happening with all Jetpack sites, or just Atomic ones.

It looks like we have an issue for this on the t2 board already.

I am going to close this and update the other issue with more info.
