Inaccurate click target on editor toolbar buttons

I noticed on macOS in Safari and in Electron that these buttons are not clickable on the lower third or so:

You can hover them, and the cursor changes, but clicking does nothing unless you click higher up on the icon.

To reproduce

• Open a note, and try and click on the lower part of a toolbar button.
• The button will do nothing
• Note: The list view buttons work fine so it's something with only this editor toolbar.
