Describe the bug

Spatial storage cells do not change their 'unformatted' and capacity text after use in multiplayer to the corresponding serial number and size respectively. Same unfixed issue as in #7364, but this is 1.21.1
The cells do function as normal as long as you can remember which ones are which due to the total lack of individual data in the tooltip. I have four 5x3x5 cells for swapping out enchantment setups, and renaming them in an anvil is absolutely required.

Desired tooltip, only in singleplayer

How to reproduce the bug

  1. Set up a spatial i/o network in a multiplayer environment
  2. Activate the spatial i/o port to 'swap' the volume
  3. Observe the resulting cell in the spatial port

Expected behavior

Spatial cell formats to indicate it's been registered and what size needs to be used

Spotted in FTB Evolution, pack version 1.12.0 and 1.13.0(current as of post)

Mod version 19.2.6-beta, no relevant fixes found in current changelogs
