 To reproduce, just upload a trajectory, e.g. [demo1.json](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/19380032/demo1.json) I reverted PR #10 locally and it worked (e.g. see https://github.com/All-Hands-AI/trajectory-visualizer/pull/11), so likely a regression caused by that PR.
