Blacklist?

So I just wanted to use this downloader for the first time, all the content gets a message about it not being able to be downloaded because of the URL being blacklisted. So first I tried adding the image files URL(https://c10.patreonusercontent.com) to the blacklist, because I may have misunderstood if the blacklist is there to allow or disallow certain URLs. That didn't work, so I decided to remove every URL from the blacklist json file, but that didn't work either. So what am I supposed to do make it work?
