Modernize profile lists for earthscope

Context

This branched out of #6105 after a conversation with Yuvi and it's related to #6204.

What we need to do

Modernize the profile lists of the leap and awi-ciroh hubs so that they don't use the legacy node sharing setup.

Definition of Done

• reach out to the communities and ask when it would be a good time to this rollout
• modernize the profile options and deploy
