Currently the IV fluids have the same weight (0.45kg/L). In real life, they have different weights:

  • Blood: 1.05kg/L
  • Saline: 2.17kg/L
  • Plasma 1.025kg/L

Done in the below commit. The only issue with this change is there's now no benefit to using saline or blood. Should we implement some more benefits to each? This would most likely bring them closer to their real life counterparts rather than just coming up with arcadey benefits randomly. This is something I'll have to discuss with our medics.

What
=================
Changed: The Mass values of Blood, Plasma and Saline IVs to be more
realistic. These values were taken from a quick google search for each,
and then converted to pounds (lb) since that seems to be what the custom
Mass system BI have works with. So, 1.1lb = 11 units of mass in the
system. Now, Saline is the heaviest, blood is second and plasma the
lightest.
Changed: BNorway units loadouts and Default loadouts to replace Saline
with Plasma, since it's now the lightest varient.

Why
=================
So that the weight values are more realistic. This will also cause there
to be differences between them, causing an extra element to gameplay in
terms of prioritising which is better to use than which.

What
=================
Changed: BNorway units loadouts:
- Berets in uniform now (Due to 0eccc22)
- Saline supply is now Plasma (Due to 4fac654)
- Multicam loadouts had tan backpacks. Changed to Multicam backpacks

Fixed: Multicam default loadouts that had tan backpacks instead of
multicam. Changed to multicam
