Make it use the same function to detect who to pass to as Tap Shoulder, and add a keybinding for it. Set a default keybinding for it to Alt+R

WARNING: this will reset everyone's screenshot mode keybinding, since
I've moved it from "2BNB - Screenshot Mode" to just "2BNB".

After giving it the testing period, it's been found that the above
keybinding works fine, plus people often don't think to bind this
function, and then find they need to use it whilst in combat...
