Long equations are overlapped with tag/label

I’m trying to include a long math equation with a tag/label like this in Zulip:

A_3=\frac{q^3 n_{i0}\gamma_{i0}a_{i}^2 X_i}{2d_{i}^3}+\frac{q^3 n_{e0}\gamma_{e0}a_{e}^2 X_e}{2(\gamma_{e0}^2 a_{e}^2 \eta_e-d_e)^3} \tag{97}
```

It renders correctly in the web app. But in the Zulip Android app, the \tag{97} overlaps with the equation text on small screens and makes it hard to read.

Is there any way to fix or improve this?
Also, is it possible to configure a Zulip organization to use MathJax instead of KaTeX?
