在原生平台的demo中实现了群公告功能，实现方法是调用应用服务的接口来发布和或取群公告，接口请参考 https://github.com/wildfirechat/app-server/blob/master/src/main/java/cn/wildfirechat/app/AppController.java 里的 putGroupAnnouncement 和 getGroupAnnouncement 方法
