On 2018 Mac mini and 2019 Mac Pro. Every time I switch the arrangement of the monitors are reversed

Hi, I'm on 2018 Mac mini and 2019 Mac Pro. Every time I switch the arrangement of the monitors are reversed so I have to go in and always switch the arrangement. Its not the worse thing that could happen but is there something I can do?

Switching arrangements is a bit finicky on some Macs and in certain arrangements the main status might change all by itself.

Note: are these displays similar to each other or not?
