This is a support request

Problem

Update js-waku to use latest state of nwaku LightPush.
Primary need to handle new error cases present.

Proposed Solutions

Handle new error codes and other changes.

ETA from nwaku is probably 0.32.0 which is next month.

It seems right now some of the errors reported by nwaku are not returned from LightPush sdk.
This task should cover it.
