current wording: "During development, the group publishes working drafts for public comment — these are announced on the WAI News pages and on the WAI Interest Group mailing lists."

suggested: "During development, the group publishes working drafts for public comment. To learn about drafts for review, we encourage you to subscribe to get WAI news."

rationale:

• I don't see a reason to link to the News page here, e.g., we don't expect them to bookmark that and check back frequently; instead, subscribe to email or other.
• We want to actively encourage people to subscribe to the wai-announce list. They can also subscribe to get news from Mastodon, LinkedIn, RSS Feed.

I've done this and updated the Subscribe to WAI News page at the same time.

I thought the suggestion was just to change the link in the page, not to retitle the other page. Ideally we would consider any implications of that before doing it, e.g.,

• which is better call to action, which tone do we want, etc.
• if changing the page title, do we want to change references to "Get WAI News" (e.g., [1])
