See the few occurrences of <a class='termref">assistive technologies</a> accross all of our specs, as well as the resolveReference.js (lines 232-237 that deal with class="termref"..

The base URL for these terms doesn't change. I would expect that changing the specStatus value to "ED" or "FPWD" or "WD" in the specs where we are using these links would make the base URL change accordingly.

Is this expected behavior or we should do something about it?
