Sidebar view dropdowns get confused and show inaccurate text

What version of LiteIDE are you using (LiteIDE About - Version and Build Qt Version)?

What version of Go are you using (go version)?

go version go1.9rc1 windows/amd64

What operating system and processor architecture are you using(go env)?

set GOOS=windows

What did you do?

1. Open the SideBar, if not already open
2. Change top Sidebar view to Folders
3. Change bottom Sidebar view to Package Browser
4. Now, change top Sidebar view to Package Browser
5. Note the bottom Sidebar view changes to Folder view, but the dropdown still says Package Browser

What did you expect to see?

Dropdown in Sidebar views should reflect actual contents

Dropdown can become confused and show incorrect text
