sublauncher pre_mpi command from python script

I am running in a remote cluster with a customized launcher that uses
qsub/mpi method. In it I have setup the Sublauncher pre_mpi.
I am trying to do the same from a python script using the OpenComputeEngine
function but I do not find in the full help any reference to the pre_mpi
command. Is that not possible?

I know that the args in python function need to be a python list (e.g. ['mpiexec', '-np', '2',...])

I just tried forcing my mac to try an sbatch/mpiexec engine launch from GUI with a pre-mpi string of
'gorfo' just to see what whould happen. I didn't get any command echo'd to terminal with 'gorfo' in
it. So, I honestly don't know how that string pans out.

If you can launch from GUI and see the echo'd commands used by VisIt in the terminal, then I think
you should be able to just put them into a python list object for OpenComputeEngine.

But, that is a big guess on my part right now until we know more.
