visit creates broken symlinks

Hi,

I just wanted to report a minor issue which I have encountered since
previous visit versions. Visit's lib/Makefile.in uses 'test -n' to check
for libqt.a and libqui.a which should read 'test -e' instead. Unlike the
other tests in the file in these cases the string is never empty due to
the constants passed.
