test(examples): update turbopack manifest (#75092)

## Summary

At #74180 and #74180, `with-styled-components-rtl` and `with-react-jss`
examples were deleted.
Then I removed them from
[turbopack-dev-examples-manifest.json](https://github.com/vercel/next.js/blob/canary/test/turbopack-dev-examples-manifest.json).
