it does not download and does not install "Extension Pack" or did I miss something?

Had the same issue that the download of the extension will not completed. Don't know why :(
Sometimes it downloaded the whole extension package, sometimes the half and sometimes none. But it is the same routine which downloaded the vb binaries (wich works fine)

If this helps, I managed to install the Extension Pack on the latest version of VirtualBox available today, under Windows 7 x64 - see #53 (Comment 18 and below)
