FEATURE: 表单里能否增加一个input-search组件

Description

在antdv里有一个a-input-search组件，就是在一个输入框的后面加一个按钮，然后我们可以自定义按钮事件。例用我们有一个表格要输入部门。那我们可以在a-input-search后面的按钮里写一个事件，弹出一个窗口，窗口里显示的是所有的部门，用户就可以在里面参照了。这个组件最好由三个部分组成，前面是一个label，中间是input，后面是一个button

Proposed Solution

如果例用现在的自定义组件可以实现，或者修改一下就可以实现，能否在自定义组件那个菜单里增加一下实例
