Parsing

@zenhack is working on a parser combinators library at https://github.com/zenhack/unison-parsers which also comes with a WIP json parser, and basic character functionality (isSpace, toUpper, etc).
@francisdb has worked on a basic json lib at https://github.com/francisdb/unison-json but this needs to be updated and adjusted to use the unison repo format instead of source.
