Request/Poll: Keep JPEG-XL Support in Build 110

So as you may be aware, Chromium & Chrome are removing support for JPEG-XL images after build 109 after previously promising to keep it till atleast 115 in their trials. This led to a lot of disappointment and backlash from the community & in-turn this post. I would like to request that the relevant code for JPEG-XL be retained for those builds with ungoogled-chromium and possibly even enabled by default.
