For some reason, Phantom Wallet stopped working after it forces the user to create a username.

The username creation popup always appear when the Phantom extension is loaded but after going through the process it ended up with an error saying "Authorization page could not be loaded".

With some Google search, it seems to be an issue with launchWebAuthFlow API?

#93 might have something to do with this, unfortunately I can't confirm if it is the same issue, would be helpful if you can look at it.
